Abstract:
Zhang first became known when he went on two occasions to the northeast of China via Shanhaiguan pass with the Feng Army and got to know members of the northeast military regime. After victory in the War of Resistance, he returned to his hometown, serving as acting governor of his home province, restoring territorial sovereignty for the country. When the situation in the Mainland was lost, he relocated to Taiwan from the northeast. He engaged in party affairs, finance, and political warfare work.
