October 15, 1928, the organization of national martial arts had an examination in Nanjing. Such as national essence, national learning, or national music, "national martial arts' is a new term coined in the modern period. Beforehand the Chinese martial arts were not particularly distinct from foreign country and had deep relationships with religions. But from this time on, martial arts started to dispatched from religion and started to combine with 'nation'.
