    Abstract:
    Lin jiyong (Lin Chi-yung) once served as Head of the School of Engineering of Fudan University, Shanghai, and as a member of the Resources Committee. After coming to Taiwan, he taught at National Taiwan Normal University, as well as serving as an adviser to the Economic Mobilization Committee of the Executive Yuan. This book is about the relocation of private mines and factories to the unoccupied parts of China in the early period of the War of Resistance, and provides precious historical information about the industrial and technological history of the Republic of China.
