Abstract:
Dr. Low-tone Ho graduated from the National Defense Medical Center's Medical School. He has held various prominent positions, including Director of the Metabolism Department at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Director of the Teaching and Research Department at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Chair of the Medical Department at Yang-Ming University, and Dean of the College of Medicine at Yang-Ming University. He also served as a medical officer in Chiang Ching-kuo's medical team during his tenure as Director of the Teaching and Research Department, he promoted and established various important medical initiatives. Even after retirement, he continues to work in the outpatient Metabolism Department at major hospitals, earning the trust of his patients. Dr. Ho possesses extensive knowledge and has made significant contributions to administrative changes at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, the advancement of medical education both domestically and internationally, industry-academic collaboration, international exchange, and research ethics.
