摘要:
本文探究日本技術帝國主義及其交通運輸系統的關係,日本技術官僚在殖民滿洲過程中發揮重要作用。他們不僅應用當地知識來應對極端氣候和地理條件,還在二戰結束時因留用政策繼續貢獻其專業知識。以工藤忠夫為例,他在戰後參加中國的公路和橋樑建設,後來返回日本後仍積極推動中日技術交流。這段歷史反映殖民現代性中複雜的角色,以及知識傳承如何跨越政治和時代界限,成為戰後東亞地區發展的重要篇章。
