December 26, 1932, Changkya Khutukhtu was appointed Commissioner of Enhancing Cultivation within the Mongolian Divisions. The Qing Imperial House honored the Tibetan Buddhism and caused the intimate interactions between Mongolian Lama and Beijing. Other than political effects, trade and cultural connections accordingly raised. After the fall of Qing, such religious or cultural ties turned out to be utilized by the Han people to maintain their political relations with the Mongols.
