January 16, 1946, the representative of receiving the Fushun coal was killed by the Russian Army. Fushun has a nick name of Coal Capital, which contained rich and high-quality coal, thus for a long time was coveted by Japan and Russia. After the World War II, Russia took over Japan to control the coal and refused to pass it to the Nationalist official. That's the cause of this tragedy.
