May 27, 1905, Japanese GF defeated Russian Baltic Fleet at Tsushima Strait. This news called the attentions of the whole world, and decided the results of the Russian-Japanese War. This is the first time for the Yellow people to defeat White people in the modern period, and stimulated Chinese regarding the thoughts to revive.
