June 9, 1916, Sun Yat-sen sent a telegram to Li Yuanhong to appeal for restore the Provisional Constitution. The Provisional Constitution was set by Sun Yat-sen and other people in Nanjing after the 1912 revolution. It meant a lot in the history of China's constitution.
