Abstract：
Chi took part in the defense of Dachen Island, and other naval battles. Afterwards, he moved to the post of Deputy Commander of the Navy. In 1976, he was transferred out of the navy but remained active in shipping circles. This book should be quite worthy of reference in order to understand Taiwanese naval history and the historical development of the shipping industry in Taiwan.
