Abstract:
Modern imperialism’s splitting of China’s territory and creating of puppet governments began with the Russian empire. In the process of Outer Mongolian independence, autonomy and the abolishing of autonomy, Russian plots and the response of government of Beijing greatly influenced China and Mongolia’s future relations.
