Abstract:
General Yu is known as one of the able generals under Hu Zongnan. Before the War of Resistance, he took part in the suppression of the Communists in the northwest. Afterward, he once served as director of Chiang Kai-shek's待從室, among other roles. This book talks about his experiences in his early years, with particular emphasis on the Communist suppression campaign.
