Abstract:
When he was young, Zhou took part in various battles in the Xinhai Revolution and second revolution. After the Northern Expedition unified China, he headed Shanghai City Government, Guangdong Provincial Government and handled Overseas Chinese affairs, party affairs, finance, and other work, making significant contributions. After the Constitution was enacted, he was elected to the Legislative Yuan, and also chaired People-to-People Republic of China, served as director of Mingchuan College of Business, and was also chairman of the same school.
