Abstract:
The book contains 83 letters personally written by Yuan Shi-kai from the Fourth month in the 18th year of the rule of the Guangxu Emperor (1892) to the twelfth month of the 25th year (1899). The letters are arranged in chronological order. There is also a Yuan family genealogy table.
