Abstract:
Zeng Shangzhi fought in many battles on the south coast, garnering many outstanding achievements. In 1980, he was promoted to Commander of Naval Logistics. He possessed great passion, indomitable determination, a high level of professionalism and a unique style of leadership. These qualities allowed him become the most distinguished naval commander with a marine engineering background. The book describes navy college education in different periods, the fleet positions the author had and the difficult maintenance repair and unsealing tasks he faced, not only serving as a testament to the arduous development history of the ROC Navy, also showing the unheralded contribution of navy logistics personnel.
