Abstract:
Wang Fengrui studied in Japan, first studying mechanical engineering, then to transport. After he graduated, he participated in the building of the highways. After the War ended, he went to the North-east to oversee transport matters. After coming to Taiwan, he served as an adviser to the Taiwan Power Company, general manager of both China Textiles and of China Coal, adviser to the Ministry of Economics, and in other positions. The modern history of Chinese highways can be understood through this book.
