Abstract:
Yu Runsheng was a telecommunications expert in the early period of the Republic of China. Before the War of Resistance, he was a talented telecommunications educator, who unified the wireless telecommunication network of the entire country, also laying the base for the international telecommunications network, making many contributions. On the eve of the fall of the Mainland, he was made director of the Post and Telecommunications Department and brought important files with him to Taiwan. He also was involved in the planning of the development of Taiwan’s postal and telecommunications network.
