Abstract:
Jin studied chemical engineering in America. After returning to China, he worked at the Geological Survey Office. At the time of the War of Resistance, he was responsible for refining the oil of the Yumen wells. After Japan surrendered, he oversaw the recovery of all of the oil refining installations left by the Japanese. Later, his single-handed achievements include the founding of the Chinese Petroleum Corporation and Taiwan's oil industry.
