摘要：
顧孟餘（1889-1972）曾經在中國近代學界、政壇叱吒風雲，不過在死後，卻逐漸地為人所淡忘。現在無論在中國大陸或台灣，很少人聽過他的名字，或知道他的生平事蹟，即使是研究中國近代史的學者對他的瞭解也很有限。本演講描述他的一生事蹟，從挺汪精衛、支持蔣介石，到1949年之後在香港、日本從事第三勢力的經歷，藉此瞭解他在20世紀中國歷史上所扮演的角色。
