摘要:
有經濟學者以為,核心與邊陲之間的貿易,占世界貿易的比重下降了,然而,殖民母國與殖民地之間的核心地區內部的交換則增加了。換句話說,核心地區的發展增加了內部資本流動的相對密集,但在邊陲地區,它只增加外部流動。本文從1930年代之歷史實證研究的角度出發,對此一說明提出若干不同的看法。
