時至今日,青年參政似已理所當然。然在十九、二十世紀之交,青年概念並不為多數社會文化所熟悉,遑論認同青年在政治中的角色與訴求。因而面對青年自稱代表進步力量,要求按其理想改革,甚至推翻既有政治秩序時,人們難免茫然不解,歡呼與質難之聲亦由是紛然交錯。講者回顧中西現代史,說明青年何以崛起為現代政治中無可忽視的力量,並探討青年對過往政治理念與行為的改變。最後邀請聽眾思考青年政治對當代生活的意義與影響。
