摘要:
綜觀戰後中國局勢變化,學界不乏評斷國民黨政權的經濟政策之得失。然而,在失序的經濟中,對於特定物資在國內與國外的流動,以及背後所呈現國家權力與地方經濟的糾葛,乃至於國共之間的貿易競爭,尚付之闕如。本文首先說明,戰後中央信託局接收復興商業公司整合農產品貿易之職能,並分析該局代理國民政府收購東北大豆,具有調節對外與國內需求的重要性。除此之外,該局輸出東北大豆也呈現了政府管理物資的不同階段。最後,本文指出中央信託局透過政府力量掌握物資,亦隱含國共內戰的貿易競爭。希望藉由以上三個研究面向,能為戰後中國經濟史提供更豐富的詮釋。
